All classes are geared towards all levels ranging from beginners to advanced.
We give attention to each person no matter their previous experience which is guaranteed to give you a great workout.

BOXING

Keep your hands up! Learn the sweet science of boxing as you are taken through an exciting and fun-filled workout that teaches the technical aspects of boxing along with combinations and drills. You'll strengthen your upper body, core and mind!

 

KICKBOXING

The sport of Kickboxing involves kicking and punching to strengthen your upper body, legs and core. In this class, you will learn self-defense techniques through combinations and bag work. Get ready for a full body workout which will improve endurance, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength.

 

MUAY THAI

Led by coach Johnson, Muay Thai is the “Art of the Eight Limbs” and involves the use and activation of every part of the body! In this class, you will learn the basic technical foundations of Muay Thai through pad work, “bang-style” and more. This full body workout will improve your endurance, sharpen technique, learn self-defense and build confidence. Positive gains for your mind and body! Kids Muay Thai is a great after school discipline to kickstart their fitness journey.
